Dina restaurant is named after the grandmother of talented Brescian chef, Alberto Gipponi. The restaurant sign is painted on the outside wall of the house. To enter, you have to ring a bell, just as if you were visiting someone’s home.
The chef takes you on a journey through cuisine that tells a story. With dishes inspired by tradition, you will explore the past and discover new flavours thanks to the truly astonishing tasting menus and à la carte options.
The cellar, with its stone vaulted ceiling, veranda and workshop, are inviting, retro spaces where sitting down at the table is a new experience in and of itself.
