In Desenzano’s historic centre, in the area overlooking the old harbour, is a new eatery, opened in Spring 2021, headed up by Stefano Zanini in the kitchen and Matteo Moro in the dining area.
The 1950s vibe features fun pops of colour, with the architecture lending style and character to what was once the most famous deli in the area.
In the kitchen, chef Stefano Zanini adopts a spontaneous approach to cooking, freely interpreting local raw materials such as freshwater fish and eschewing traditional cooking norms. The wine cellar contains over 150 labels from small-scale producers, mainly from France and Italy.
