At Al Santa Giulia, impromptu cooking is the norm, resulting in delicious and highly natural dishes that seek to preserve the food’s authentic flavours and properties. Of course, there are exceptions, such as the roast suckling pig, a house speciality that is traditionally slow-cooked.
