Maurizio and Grazia are the fourth generation to manage this historic tavern. With its retro atmosphere and liberty furnishings, it is just a few kilometres from Franciacorta, where hospitality, community and socialising reign supreme.
The cuisine is inspired by traditional family recipes and most of the vegetables come from their own kitchen garden. The menu is a celebration of the local area, with products from Slow Food presidia, fish from Brescia’s lakes, meat from local butchers and home-made desserts.
They are also known for their “Love Difference” ice cream. There are 50 wine labels from small and large-scale producers in Franciacorta and other parts of Italy, including Barolo and Barbareschi.
